Dear Members, due to popular request, we are doing a family style potluck this time at Solar Swim and Gym to welcome Fall.
Pull out those famous family “secrete recipes” and celebrate with us. Please come even if you can’t bring a dish – we want you there! We will provide the main dish and beverages for all. If you are bringing a dish, please let us know on the signup sheet at the front or filling out the RSVP link here.

Solar Swim will be at Pleasant Hill Back To School Vendor Fair Event for Visions in Education. Please come-by and learn more about Solar Swim Programs for our home school kids. We offer swimming lessons, water polo clinic, basketball lessons and youth fitness.Â

Members save the date! Solar will be hosting its members for an outside cookout. We will have beef and chicken shawarma, hummus, naan, rice, and grilled vegetables! Please notify our staff if you will be able to attend. Event starts at 12p.m.-3p.m. $10 for extra member guests. Free for members.
Aquacise is back! Come on in at 9a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays or 6:30p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays for our aquacise classes Monday-Friday. Only $5 for walk ins! Members are free!
We are proud to host Antioch High School’s Swimming Team! While their new pool is being built, Solar has opened its doors to its local neighboring high school. They will be practicing here on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6a.m. to 7a.m. until April 9th or the earliest completion of the pool. If any team members wish to train more, we are offering a student pass for $5. You just need to present your student ID and be on the Swimming Roster.
