Aquacise

Aquacise, also known as water aerobics, is the trending exercise you want to be part of! Like jogging or using cardio equipment, Aquacise gets your blood pumping and promotes heart health as well as controlling your weight. But unlike jogging, Aquacise is easy on your joints.

Aquacise is popular with people who need physical therapy because it builds cardiovascular stamina, strength, and flexibility in a way that promotes growth and healing. It also burns body fat, increases circulation, and is good for muscles and joints that need gentle rehabilitation.

Finally, Aquacise is a seriously social activity! Imagine being in the water with your friends, laughing, joking, and getting your workout in. There’s no better motivation to get moving than to know you’re doing it with people you enjoy.

Meet Michele

I love to show people how easy and fun it can be to begin your very own wellness journey! Water Aerobics is a safe, effective way to achieve each and every one of your fitness goals, including core strength, cardio health, and outstanding endurance and stamina! Please join me for my Aquacise classes at Solar Swim & Gym.

Meet Catharine

Catharine has been on a fitness journey since February 2017. Since that time she has lost more than 100 pounds! With her determination and can-do spirit, she inspires people to begin their own journey. Active in the water aerobics community for many years, she became a certified water aerobics instructor.

She is well-known within the local swim community. Both of her children were competitive swimmers. She is currently an announcer for various swim teams, including USA and recreational leagues.
