What's Included in Your Rental?
Your base rental covers up to 20 attendees for a minimum of 3 hours. During your event, you and your guests will have access to the following designated recreational areas:

Included with your party, though court time is shared, not exclusive, if a facility lesson is running during your event window.

Please note: the indoor gym, hot tub, and lap pool lanes aren't included in private party rentals.

- All reservations require a 3-hour minimum. Each additional hour is billed at $103.00 per hour.
- A $155.00 reservation deposit, plus a $26.00 non-refundable application fee, is required to book.
- Parties of more than 25 people require an on-site lifeguard, billed at $26.00 per hour.

Rental Rules & Facility Policies
By booking with Solar Swim & Gym, you agree to follow our facility guidelines. Click a title below to see the details.
Guest Limits & Required Lifeguards
Your base rental rate covers up to 20 guests. Our maximum capacity for any private rental event is 75 total guests.
Lifeguard Requirement: For the safety of your group, any party of more than 25 people needs an on-site lifeguard, added at $26.00 per hour.
Basketball Court Access
The outdoor basketball court is included in your rental, but it's shared space, not exclusive access. If a club lesson happens to be running during your event window, you may need to share the court with our coaches and their students.
Your guests are always welcome to shoot around, we just ask for a little flexibility if that overlap happens during your 3-hour event window.
Prohibited Items & Food Rules
To keep our filtration systems working well and our club family-friendly, please don't bring:
- Animals, glass containers, or outside alcohol
- Styrofoam cups, chewing gum, piñatas, or loose glitter decorations
- Vaping, smoking, or highly amplified commercial speaker systems
Feel free to bring your own food and catering. We just ask that all food and snacks stay within the designated outdoor picnic areas.
Pool Safety & Hygiene Standards
All pool users should take a quick rinse shower before getting in. Swimmers who aren't fully toilet trained need to wear a protective, snug-fitting swim diaper.
Diving isn't allowed anywhere the water is under 6 feet deep. Please keep children continuously supervised by a parent or our on-site lifeguard.
Cleaning Responsibilities & Trash Containers
Checkout: Please plan to pack up and be off-site within 15 minutes of your reservation's end time. Going past that window adds a full additional hour to your bill ($103.00).
Trash: Two large rolling bins are provided for your event. If your event generates more trash than the bins can hold, a $30.00 surcharge applies per extra bin our staff has to process, unless you're able to haul the extra waste away yourself.
Inflatable Jumpers
Bringing an outside bounce house or inflatable slide requires approval ahead of time, plus a flat $75.00 surcharge. You'll be responsible for safe setup, electrical needs, and continuous parent supervision while it's in use.
Cancellations & Fee Refunds Timeline
All cancellations carry a non-refundable $26.00 application fee. Beyond that, your deposit refund depends on how far out you cancel:
- More than 90 days before your event: Full refund, minus the application fee
- 61 to 90 days before your event: 80% of your deposit refunded
- 31 to 60 days before your event: 60% of your deposit refunded
- 0 to 30 days before your event: Deposit is fully non-refundable
