Your base rental rate covers up to 20 attendees. Our maximum allowed capacity for any private rental event is 75 total guests.
Lifeguard Requirement: For the safety of your group, any party tracking more than 25 total people requires an on-site lifeguard. This adds an automated fee of $25.00 per hour to the reservation lines.
While the outdoor basketball court space is fully included within your core facility rental package, complete exclusive access lines may be removed if club sports training lessons are actively running on the calendar grid.
Party guests are always warmly welcome to utilize the hoops and playing floor, but you may be required to share court tracking space harmoniously alongside our coaches if a short-term lesson is running simultaneously during your 3-hour event window.
To preserve our filtration systems and family environment, the following items are strictly prohibited:
Bring your own food and catering lines! All food items and snacks must remain completely inside our designated outdoor picnic zones.
All pool users must perform a brief water rinse shower before stepping into lanes. Swimmers who are not entirely toilet trained must wear a protective reusable swim diaper or tight rubber pants system to avoid leaks.
Diving is strictly prohibited anywhere inside shallow pool zones under 6 feet deep. Minor children must be monitored continuously by supervising parents or your assigned lifecycle guard lines.
Roster Checkouts: Hosts must completely pack up and vacate facility limits within 15 minutes of their scheduled reservation end time. Exceeding this grace window triggers an automated full additional hour billing line charge ($103.00).
Trash Collection: Two large rolling garbage bins are provided for your event. Generating excess waste that overflows past these containers adds a $30.00 surcharge per extra bin processed by facility cleaners, unless you haul away your extra waste boxes independently.
Bringing outside inflatable bounce houses or slide jumpers requires formal administrative approval line clearance ahead of time, along with a flat $75.00 infrastructure surcharge. Renters remain fully liable for managing installation safety, electrical line sourcing coordinates, and constant parent supervision loops.
