Solar Swim & Gym has been Antioch’s home for family fitness since 1939. From swim lessons and aquacise to club memberships, basketball, fitness classes, kids’ camps, and party rentals, we’ve got something for every age and goal, all under one roof.

Our pool, cardio and weight rooms, walking trail, and 360 fitness area make it easy to stay active, have fun, and feel welcome, whether you’re 5 or 75.
