Lesson Registration & Policy Agreement

Please review our official operational guidelines, billing parameters, and health protocols before attending your scheduled sessions. Click a heading to expand details.

1. Registration & Tuition Payment Terms
  • Annual Registration Fee: A non-refundable fee of $25.00 per student is automatically processed once per calendar year upon initial program enrollment.
  • Group Tuition Terms: To secure a group class cohort slot, a non-refundable $75.00 deposit or full block payment is mandatory at checkout. Any pending package balance must be fulfilled in full by the first day of the scheduled session.
  • Private Lesson Terms: Upfront tuition coverage covering a block of four consecutive private classes, along with the annual fee tracking line, is required immediately to bind your slot calendar.
  • Installment Penalties: Fulfilling balances past the initial session start timeline triggers a late fee of $20.00. Accounts with open arrears following the conclusion of class week one will be automatically un-enrolled.
2. Auto-Renewal Arrangements & Chargebacks

Continuous Enrollment: To guarantee students never lose their designated time block or preferred coach setup, all lessons operate on a rolling auto-renewal system. To suspend billing lines, an explicit written request must be submitted directly to our main office framework.

Chargeback Processing Fee: Initiating an automated card chargeback request with financial institutions without consulting our office results in a strict processing fee of $25.00 plus immediate total balance reimbursement responsibilities. Active accounts will face total service scheduling suspension until billing lines are manually resolved with management.

3. Attendance, Markups, & Practice Passes
  • Group Makeup Options: If a student misses a standard group session, parents may book a maximum of two alternate makeup classes per session block. Each booked makeup requires a $10.00 administrative configuration fee. Missed makeups are completely forfeited.
  • Private Lesson Makeup Options: Fulfilling private lesson makeups without losing a tracking credit requires a strict notice timeline minimum of 24 hours submitted directly inside the client portal or via email. No makeups or balance adjustments are provided for late arrivals or unannounced no-shows.
  • Practice Pass Alternative: In lieu of an administrative makeup session setup, you can request a complimentary open practice pass line. This allows the student to utilize the leisure play pools during standard open hours under full parent supervision lines.
4. Cancellation Deadlines & No-Show Penalties

Group Program Deadlines: Terminating ongoing group memberships requires an explicit written request submitted no later than the second-to-last Thursday preceding the start of the next session block. Submitting cancellations late results in a $25.00 processing penalty line. Once a session begins, package block credits become entirely non-refundable.

No-Show Forfeiture: Missing class week one of a group cycle without explicit notice results in immediate structural removal from the roster and complete structural forfeiture of the baseline $75.00 registration deposit. For private lesson lines, missing two consecutive dates without notification triggers automatic schedule cancellation, moving your slot profile to our Standby List.

5. Parent Supervision & Pool Deck Conduct
  • Hand-to-Hand Instructor Transitions: Parents are strictly required to physically hold their child's hand when moving to and from the instructor. You must remain on-site throughout the entire 30-minute block to guarantee safety coverage.
  • Restroom Assistance: Parents must actively manage restroom trips for any child under five years of age or any participant who is not completely independent in handling personal hygiene.
  • Pool Deck Access Restrictions: To avoid distracting young swimmers and fracturing instructional focus, parent spectators are strictly requested to observe from designated bleacher zones. Accessing the inner pool deck perimeter lines is prohibited unless explicitly requested by staff.
6. Student Attire, Swim Diapers, & Hygiene

Approved Swimwear: All participants must change into official elastic swimwear lines prior to checking in. Standard street clothes, cotton t-shirts, and denim shorts are strictly prohibited inside the pools. Long hair must be neatly secured backward away from the face or tucked into a proper swim cap. Swimmers are required to perform a brief rinse shower before pool entry.

Three-Layer Swim Diaper System: Every single student who is not entirely potty-trained (this includes children who continue to utilize protective tracking diaper bands at night or during sleep hours) must wear our mandatory three-layer barrier layout:

  1. A proper disposable swim diaper layer (base layer)
  2. A specialized snug-fitting reusable pool diaper wrap (middle tracking layer)
  3. A standard outer swimsuit cover (top layer)

To block contamination, diaper legs must fit tightly with a maximum gap spacing tolerance of two fingers. Fitting inspections will be required before pool entry following any tracking incident.

7. Pool Contamination Surcharges

When an accidental fecal containment incident occurs due to loose diaper fits or policy non-compliance, the facility is required by state health codes to shut down operations for chemical sanitation and filtration processing. The following recovery fees apply:

  • Minor Incident (30 Minute to 1 Hour Pool Closure): A strict cleanup penalty fee of $75.00 will be instantly applied to the primary account card.
  • Major Incident (Full-Day Structural Pool Closure): A commercial sanitation recovery penalty fee of $300.00 will be applied to cover lost operations and technical chemicals processing.
8. Illness, Severe Weather, & General Facility Rules

CDC Health Guidelines: Swimmers displaying active symptoms of illness, stomach bugs, or fevers must stay home. Participants must be completely symptom-free for a minimum window of 24 hours before stepping back into the water lines.

Rain Policy: Classes continue as scheduled during standard rain conditions! Lessons are only canceled if severe regional lightning or localized technical issues present safety risks. Official closure text alerts will be pushed directly to your account details if a class is canceled.

General Pool Area Rules: Running on the concrete decks or surrounding gym lanes is strictly prohibited. Students must exit the water immediately at the conclusion of their 30-minute block. Continued recreational pool play is reserved strictly for active facility club members or registered guests ($10.00 per adult / $7.00 per minor drop-in fee).
