Who Can Join?

Ages 5 & up
Must be able to swim 50 yards freestyle (crawl) unassisted
Doggie paddle is not freestyle
Must be able to take a side breath while swimming

Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from March 10th – April 4th

Times by age group:

• 8 & under: 4:20 – 5:00 PM
• 9-12 years: 4:10 – 5:00 PM
• 13 & over: 4:00 – 5:00 PM

Important Notes:

• Bring tennis shoes! Some dryland training will be included.
• No makeups; No refunds. Medical holds available with a doctor’s note.
• Non-member parents can use the gym for $25/month during their child’s practice.

If your child is ready to compete and want to be train by our new coach Machelle, please join our Solar Swim Sea Monsters Swim Team. We are a recreational swim team in the spring, summer and fall USA certified swim team competes in short course.
