We’re so glad you’re coming to celebrate with us! Before the big day, there are just a couple of quick things we ask all guests to take care of. This helps us make sure your experience is smooth, safe, and fun from the moment you walk through the door.
Step 1: Watch a quick how-to video
If this is your first time using our system, this short video will guide you step by step. It only takes a couple of minutes and will show you exactly what to expect when registering.
Step 2: Register your family
Now that you’ve seen how it works, go ahead and complete your registration. It’s fast and easy—and it helps us get ready to welcome you!
Step 3: Know our rules
To make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time, please keep these simple rules in mind during the party:
Facility Rules:
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- All persons participating must check in at the front counter and sign covid-19 questionnaires and release of liability waiver.
- All patrons one year and older require paid admission into the complex whether you are swimming or not.
- Lifeguards are required for parties of more than 25 people for additional safety. Drowning may still occur. Adult supervision is strongly advised.
- No dogs allowed.
- Food, drink and candies are not allowed on the pool deck or bleacher areas. Food, drink and candies are only permitted in designated turf areas. Ice chests, handbags and backpacks are subject to search.
- Glass and Styrofoam containers are not permitted.
- No liquor permitted.
- No smoking permitted.
- No climbing on fencing, structures, or bleachers.
- Portable stereos or radios are not permitted in the pool complex.
- No running or horseplay allowed.
- No gum, seeds, or shells of any kind are permitted in the pool complex.
- No Glitter balloons
- No pinata
- Table covers are required. If plastic table covers are used, only use easy to remove tape such as scotch tape. DO NOT use double sided tape.
- Bamboo skewers are not allowed in the trash can.
- No sitting or hanging onto the lane rope.
- Party rental has access to the family swim side. Lap lanes are reserved for members.
- 360 outdoor fitness area, indoor gym and weight rooms as well as the pool table are not included in the rental.
- There is no refrigerator or freezer for cake and ice cream cake.
Pool Rules:
- All swimmers must shower before entering the pool. Hairspray, gel or lotion must be rinsed off.
- All patrons entering the swimming pool must wear appropriate swimming attire. T-shirts, cutoffs and denim shorts are not allowed.
- No glass or sharp objects.
- Longer than shoulder length hair should be put into a ponytail or braided, or wear a bathing cap when swimming.
- Sunscreen needs to be applied 30 minutes before going into the pool.
- Do not enter a pool unless a lifeguard/adult supervisor is present and on duty. No swimming when lifeguards/adult supervisors are not present.
- No paper or cloth diapers allowed in the pool. Rubber pants or swim diapers are required. Diaper changing in locker room areas only.
- No diving in less than 6 feet of water.
- Swim trunks with liners must be worn at all times.
- All flotation devices and/or swimming aids are prohibited. These include water noodles, balls, inner tubes, swimsuits with foam insets and water wings. Only Coast Guard approved PFD’s (life vests) are permitted.
- No running around the pool deck.
- No eating around the pool deck.
Trampoline:
- Use trampoline at your own risk
- No flips or acrobatic stunts. Jumps, seat drops, swivel hips & knee drops OK.
- One person on the trampoline at the time.
- Bare feet only.
- Body and clothing must be dry.
- Bounce only in the center of the mat. (30 jumps if others are waiting for a turn)
- No one over the age of 21 years old on trampoline
- 200 lb. weight limit.
