Standard Camp runs from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Extended Camp runs from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Drop-off doesn't begin before 8:00 AM, even if staff are already on site. Early and extended care include quiet, supervised activities only, active sports don't start until the main camp day begins.
Extended care ends promptly at 4:00 PM. Pickups after 4:00 PM incur a $1.00 per minute late fee, based on the scheduled end time (for example, 30 minutes late means a $30.00 charge). Repeated late pickups may result in dismissal from camp without a refund.
Please give us a written list of everyone authorized to pick up your camper, ID will be checked at pickup. If someone new needs to pick up your child, just let us know in writing beforehand. For everyone's safety, we can't release a camper to anyone not on the list.
Camp registrations are non-refundable. If you need to change sessions, just reach out at least seven days before your session starts, and we'll do our best to accommodate you based on space. Once a session begins, we're not able to offer changes, credits, or refunds for missed or partial attendance.
