Registration Policies & FAQ

Please review our official Camp Registration Agreement and Policies below. Click on a question to expand the answer.

What are the camp hours and rules for drop-off?

Standard Camp runs from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Extended Camp runs from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Early drop-off begins no earlier than 8:00 AM, even if staff are present. Early and extended care will include supervised, quiet recreational activities only; no active sports are conducted during these hours.

What happens if I'm late picking up my child?

Extended care ends promptly at 4:00 PM. Campers picked up after 4:00 PM will incur a strict late fee of $1.00 per minute, calculated from the scheduled end time (e.g., a 30-minute delay results in a $30.00 charge). Continued lateness may result in dismissal from the Camp without a refund.

Who is authorized to pick up my child?

You must provide a written list of individuals authorized to pick up your camper. Identification will be required at pick-up. If someone not listed will pick up the camper, you must notify the Camp in writing (including by email) prior to pick-up time. We reserve the right to refuse release to any unauthorized individual.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

All Camp registrations are non-refundable. Session changes may be requested no later than seven (7) days prior to the registered session start date, subject to space availability and Camp approval. Once a session begins, no changes, credits, or refunds shall be issued for missed days, partial attendance, or unused portions of the Camp.

When are payments due and what if my card is declined?

All payments must be made prior to the tuition run date for each session. There is a non-refundable $25 Annual Registration Fee. If a credit/debit card transaction is declined and not resolved within 24 hours, a $10 service charge will be assessed. Returned checks incur a $25 fee. Chargebacks initiated without prior written notice will result in a $25 processing fee plus repayment of the original charge amount.

Does my child need to be potty-trained?

Yes. Participation strictly requires that each child be fully toilet-trained, completely out of pull-ups, and able to attend to personal care needs independently.

My child has special needs. Do you offer support?

Yes! We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate all children, including those with neurodivergent conditions or developmental differences. Parents must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, or special needs prior to enrollment. If your child requires individualized support, you may request a 1:1 aid for an additional fee, subject to staff availability and approval.

What should my child bring (and NOT bring) to camp?

Campers should bring:

  • Athletic clothing (t-shirt and shorts or pants)
  • Swimsuit and swim shirt
  • Sneakers (no cleats permitted)
  • Lunch, snacks, and a water bottle
  • Sunscreen (if permission is granted for staff to apply)
  • Towel, extra clothes, and a plastic bag for wet items

All items must be labeled with the child's name. No valuables, jewelry, gum, or cleats are permitted. Hair must be neatly secured.

Is lunch provided? Are you nut-free?

No, campers must bring a packed lunch, as refrigeration is not available. Snacks may be brought or purchased from the concession stand (cash only). We are NOT a nut-free facility. While we use reasonable efforts to prevent food sharing, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
