Rules & Regulations<\/h3>\n

Lifeguards are required for additional safety. Accidents may still occur. Adult supervision is strongly advised. All swimmers must obey all facility, pool, slide and diving board rules. REMEMBER, you are responsible for your own safety. Please observe the rules and decide if you can safely participate. The following rules are provided to ensure a safe and fun visit to the Solar Swim and Gym Facility.<\/p>\n

Cleaning Rules: <\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Deposit will not be refunded if the facility is left unclean. <\/span><\/li>\n
  2. We provide 2 garbage bins. Any Additional garbage bin or overflow garbage bin will cost an extra $30 per bag. The host is welcome to take the extra garbage with them to avoid the additional garbage fees.
    <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Facility Rules:<\/b><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. All persons participating must check in at the front counter and sign covid-19 questionnaires and release of liability waiver.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. All patrons one year and older require paid admission into the complex whether you are swimming or not.<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Lifeguards are required for parties of more than 20 people for $20\/hour for additional safety<\/b>. Drowning may still occur. Adult supervision is strongly advised.<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. No dogs allowed.<\/span><\/li>\n
    6. Food, drink and candies are not allowed on the pool deck or bleacher areas. Food, drink and candies are only permitted in designated turf areas. Ice chests, handbags and backpacks are subject to search.<\/span><\/li>\n
    7. Glass and Styrofoam containers are not permitted.<\/span><\/li>\n
    8. No liquor permitted.<\/b><\/li>\n
    9. No smoking permitted. <\/b><\/li>\n
    10. No climbing on fencing, structures, or bleachers.<\/span><\/li>\n
    11. Portable stereos or radios are not permitted in the pool complex.<\/span><\/li>\n
    12. No running or horseplay allowed.<\/b><\/li>\n
    13. No gum, seeds, or shells of any kind are permitted in the pool complex.<\/span><\/li>\n
    14. No Glitter balloons <\/span><\/li>\n
    15. No pinata <\/span><\/li>\n
    16. Table covers are required. If plastic table covers are used, only use easy to remove tape such as scotch tape. DO NOT use double sided tape.<\/span><\/li>\n
    17. Bamboo skewers are not allowed in the trash can. <\/span><\/li>\n
    18. No sitting or hanging onto the lane rope. <\/span><\/li>\n
    19. Party rental has access to the family swim side. Lap lanes are reserved for members.<\/b><\/li>\n
    20. <\/b>360 outdoor fitness area, indoor gym and weight rooms as well as the pool table are not included in the rental. <\/span><\/li>\n
    21. There is no refrigerator or freezer for cake and ice cream cake. <\/span><\/li>\n
    22. To bring Bouncy House is $70 for the day.
      <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Pool Rules:<\/b><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. All swimmers must shower before entering the pool. Hairspray, gel or lotion must be rinsed off.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. All patrons entering swimming pool must wear appropriate swimming attire. T-shirts, cutoffs and denim shorts are not allowed.<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. No glass or sharp objects.<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. Longer than shoulder length hair should be put into pony tail or braided, or wear a bathing cap when swimming.<\/span><\/li>\n
      5. Sunscreen needs to be applied 30 minutes before going into the pool.<\/span><\/li>\n
      6. Do not enter a pool unless a lifeguard\/adult supervisor is present and on duty. No swimming when lifeguards\/adult supervisors are not present.<\/span><\/li>\n
      7. No paper or cloth diapers allowed in the pool. Rubber pants or swim diapers are required. Diaper changing in locker room areas only.<\/span><\/li>\n
      8. No diving in less than 6 feet of water.<\/span><\/li>\n
      9. Swim trunks with liners must be worn at all times.<\/span><\/li>\n
      10. All flotation devices and\/or swimming aids are prohibited. These include water noodles, balls, inner tubes, swimsuits with foam insets and water wings. Only Coast Guard approved PFD\u2019s (life vests) are permitted.<\/span><\/li>\n
      11. No Running around the Pool Deck.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Trampoline:<\/b><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Use trampoline at your own risk<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. No flips or acrobatic stunts. Jumps, seat drops, swivel hips & knee drops OK.<\/span><\/li>\n
        3. One person on the trampoline at the time.<\/span><\/li>\n
        4. Bare feet only.<\/span><\/li>\n
        5. Body and clothing must be dry.<\/span><\/li>\n
        6. Bounce only in the center of the mat. (30 jumps if others are waiting for a turn)<\/span><\/li>\n
        7. No one over the age of 21 years old on trampoline<\/span><\/li>\n
        8. 200 lb. weight limit.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          *Violation of any of the above rules is cause for immediate removal from the Solar Swim and Gym Facility for that calendar day or more. Subject to the seriousness of the violation(s), you may be subject to further admission restrictions.<\/p>\n

          Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          • 100% Rental deposits and fees are refunded if cancellations are made 3 months or more prior to your rental date, with the exception of a cancellation processing fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
              \n
            • Cancellations less than 3 months, but more than 2 months prior to your rental date, 20% of your total deposit will be retained in addition to a cancellation processing fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                \n
              • Cancellations less than 2 months, but more than one month prior to your date, a 40% of your total deposit will be retained in addition to a cancellation processing fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                  \n
                • Cancellation less than 30 days prior to your rental, 100% of the entire rental fee is retained in addition to a cancellation processing fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                  \n

                  Renter\/Renter\u2019s Party shall enter and vacate the facility at the time specified on the application. Charges will be assessed for all use outside of these times. There will be no refunds on events that end prior to the scheduled time.<\/p>\n

                  Solar Swim and Gym reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any event at its sole discretion without liability, but subject to refunding all money deposited by the Renter.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
